Mental -well-being

 

 It is best to put in place measures to promote positive conduct when your youngster is calm, comfortable and happy, 

 


Do;

  • ·         Discuss the expectations and guidelines for the family. 
  • Rules and the repercussions for breaking them can be developed with the assistance of your child.

 ·             Encourage positive actions by saying things 

  • ·         Assist kids with skills they are finding difficult to pick up, including waiting their time. Together, put them to use.
  • ·         Encourage children by setting an example of virtue.
  • ·         Teach ,guide them and make them happy. Do  useful and enthusiastic for  children

Children are more flexible and their minds are pure so they can easily be guided and motivated

Prosperity



Prosperity

 

People around the world like to live in peace, happiness, and harmony. Harmony by and large will cover states of mental and physical well-being. So in this blog, I will pay the attention to emphasizing mental and physical well-being with total Prosperity.

 

 Mental well- being 

 Prosperous life means people expect mental and physical satisfaction and happiness. Mental well-being; can be recognized along with happiness, motivation, and satisfaction. Happiness and satisfaction are purely subjective; some people no matter how much they receive, are unhappy. Some are content with whatever they receive, even if it's just a little. That is the power of the mind. It is varied from person to person. That does not mean accepting all odds and low qualities but rather coping and adjusting to the circumstance

People with sound minds; happy, peaceful, motivated, and generous,(sans hypocrisy and egoism  ) will strive for their own and others’ advancement;  as well as the prosperity of society. The mind generally experiences three different thought types; good/willing, bad/unwilling, and neutral. When someone has negative and undesirable thoughts,  friction, hatred, or anger are the next feelings that follow. Sometimes, people instantly react making things more worse. The other thoughts are desirable and willing which people embrace in greed and extend to get somehow even fighting or quarreling. Neutral thoughts that neither make incline in greed nor friction with hate or anger e.g. when you see the sky, water, or forest, you don’t get such feelings of greed or anger, but sometimes if you see deforestation and water pollution you get the same impure thoughts. That’s why even neutral thoughts too become impure based on the situation.

 

Since impure thoughts like hypocrisy, egotism, arrogance, wrath, envy, negative thinking, and greed are avoided, having a pure mind and mental well-being involves cultivating only pure thoughts like loving-kindness (Meththa), compassion, empathetic joy, unselfishness, generosity, etc. The most significant and enjoyable idea and consciousness that anyone may consistently possess is loving-kindness (Meththa). Then, with a mindset free from resentment, fear, reluctance, and revenge, his or her consciousness will become increasingly more pure. This mental state will result in a spiritually fulfilling and rich life.

   


Donation


 All of these will aim to make the mind clear and pure while also encouraging people to develop their morals, including loyalty, honesty, integrity, and courage. They will also encourage people to help those who are in need and be charitable by providing for their physical and psychological needs as well as those of other people and animals. These excellent deeds will cheer you up and other people.

 

 

The strength of concentration further improves mental health. You must keep your focus on the task at hand or the work being done right now. Avoid thinking about the past or the future. When working or doing your job, keep your mind on the current moment and focus on the task at hand. For example, when stretching and bending your arm, focus on the task at hand and feel as though you are doing it. This will assist you in strengthening your memory and preventing frequent memory loss. You won't be able to focus completely when you first start, but if you start out slowly, you can eventually do more.

 


Physical wellbeing.

 

It is simple to expand your concentration to follow the goal while guaranteeing bodily well-being when the mind is clear and uncluttered by impure thoughts. Your health is your true fortune. In order to participate in daily life, you must maintain your physical health. maintaining physical suppleness, but not at the excessive level of exercise required for an athlete, such as a football or rugby player, but rather just enough to burn off the calories consumed to sustain a healthy existence. Those who want to excel as athletes and bodybuilders must understand the competition and keep their bodies in shape. However, you should be aware that your body is continuously aging and changing. As a result, after understanding it, you arrange your leisure time and physical activities.

 A meal plan must be considered in addition to physical activities, exercises, and leisure time if one wants to lead a healthy life. Expecting to live a healthy life is unrealistic if you consume more calories than you expend. To live a balanced existence, you should either seek medical advice or engage in greater physical activity. 

 

 Physical activities


 














 

 

 I believe it is preferable to consume less food than usual in order to become hungry a little bit before your next regular meal time (lunch and dinner) which may reduce fat and oil. For people over 40 to comprehend the state of their health, they need to have monthly, quarterly and regular medical exams. Healthy life is so important for any person making to focus on other crucial aspects of his life otherwise bad health will make suffer more and more reflecting physical and mental well-being. You have to  see a doctor and take medication, among other things. They are all complete wastes of time and money; instead, make a decision to follow a healthy eating plan and engage in regular exercise to stay in shape. Never forget to burn off the daily calories you consume, and always keep track of your weight and BMI.

 

Learning and Development


It is not enough for people to develop the confidence to do their professional or everyday life obligations in a quality and confidently unless they are growing their knowledge, skills, and talents. If knowledge, skills, and talents are increased in terms of learning & development, and training, people will do their daily activities at an optimal level with confidence.

 

Aside from knowledge, abilities, and skills, attitude is the most crucial component of everything. It is a state of mind that is ready to act without hesitation. Although knowledge, skills, and abilities might boost confidence, a man without the right mindset and attitude would never put in the effort necessary to achieve greater results; as a result, it takes desire to change one's attitude. Consider the effects of not doing the work, both on the individual and society, in the event that unpleasant or unfavorable views arise. Consider the advantages and qualities of doing something well while maintaining a nice attitude and assisting others. Therefore, retaining a pleasant attitude and being in good physical condition will help you serve others and focus on the task at hand.

 

 

It is up to you to take the initiative to understand the current situation and make improvements to your knowledge, skills, abilities, and values so that people who observe or watch may demand you at a premium value. So it is very clear why you should improve your values, knowledge, abilities and skills while maintaining your physical and mental health. People and family members will respect you and treat you well because they comprehend your significance and your moral principles.
